How do I see an event I am invited to in my calendar?
When creating an event in CRM and inviting other users, only the event owner sees the event in their calendar. How do I see the event I am invited to without physically creating another new event in my own calendar?
how to koin Zoho Projects to a unic view?
Hi, we use Zoho Calendar with some calendars joined at same view. When we use tool to create a unic view, we can join all calendar we have creted with Zoho Calendar, and calendar from Zoho Recruit... but we'll need to join calenda from Zoho Projects at same view generated with same "iframe". If we don't have it, clients want to use this hours to them, but we are occuped with meetings created by Z Porjects. Any clue to join at same iframe view? regards jp
Problems with Zoho Calendar Presenting as a Daily Appointment Book Page
Hi, I just signed up for Zoho calendar. The page for each day shows up as a standard appointment calendar where I can list items in the hourly time slots for each day. I really want to use this calendar as a 'to-do' list, or a list of things I want to be reminded about. Can I somehow switch the daily hourly calendar to one without hours where I can just list the items I want to be reminded of. Making my calendar public
I want to use this program as away for students to schedule appointments with me, but I do not have a website. Is there a public URL for my calendar that I can add to my signature line in an email? I want them to be able to click this link and have it take them to my calendar, so they can then request an appointment based on my free/busy time. I do not want to have to individually invite the potentially hundreds of people that will schedule appointments with me. Thanks!
using iCal with Zoho mail
I have a Zoho mail account feeding into my Mac and use Mac's native Mail and iCal programs as the front end. Currently, I am not using Zoho calendar. An associate sends a .ics invite. iCal adds it to my calendar but I cannot send an acceptance notificaiton because iCal says Zoho doesn't have a CalDAV server. Is there a way to set things up so I can utilize iCal with Zoho the same way I do with my Gmail and iCloud accounts?
Calendar starts at 1am?
I have not been able to find a setting to change this. I really do not need to see the hours of 1am - 6am, and the space would be better used by being filled with the hours I do need. I tried changing my "work hours" under settings, but this apparently does nothing. Any suggestions?
one large form (exceeding the Zoho 47 field limit)
Hi, I am looking to create on large form with approx 160 fields. Basically a large table where a person inputs the findings of an audit. It's important that the results of this audit get collected in one form for consistency and reporting afterwards. Has anyone come across a way of doing this? Cant cut and paste within Calendar
Hi, I Cant cut and paste within Calendar (add event) and right mouse clicking seems disabled,so no cut & paste option,in either the description or location and title text box or able to fix spelling mistakes. I'm using Firefox 14.0.1 and I can use cut and paste on this forum. It saves time to be able to use Cut & Paste and to have it NOT work all thru out Zoho website is unacceptable. Sync with Android HTC One S
Hello, I upgraded to the 15G memory plan, and, had my IT guy verify my business domain and point email to zoho hosting. I tested setup of autosync by making an appointment in my HTC. It appeared on my Zoho calendar almost immediately. However, I still don't see any of my Zoho calendar in my HTC phone calendar. How do I complete this sync? Please help. Thanks, Rich

"Whole Day" Bar at top of calendar not adjustable
Hi there, I love the calendar, and I enter a lot of items which extend over several days, so they appear in the top row. The problem is, only 5 itemas can be shown at the same time. With more than 5 items, you get a scroll bar at the right side, which is not bad, but very easily overlookable. After creating the calendar I embedded it on a website When I visit the website the calendar does not show any options to allow a visitor to print the calendar from the website. I have not found out how to do this in my account or is is not possible? Thanks for your help

Can't navigate to settings screen in Zoho Calendar
In Zoho Calendar there are several screens where you can input your settings or preferences. I need to use the one shown in the attached screenshot. But it is almost impossible to find. If you click "Settings" in the top right menu you cannot get to this screen. I clicked in lots of other places but I still could not navigate to this screen. The only way I found to get there is this. Go to Calendar. Select "Quick Links" at the bottom of the second column. Select "Preferences". Then select "My Calendars".

Outlook plug-in: no button and function available after installation

importing ical to zoho calendar
I have successfully imported my ical from my mac book air to mycalendar in Zoho. I cannot, however, get that calendar to sync with my calendar in Zoho that my coworkers/bosses can see. Time Increments
Whilst I like the new features of Calendar, I am very frustrated at not being able to select a specific start/end time for my meetings - I can only set them on the hour, or at half-past. On the old calendar this was what appeared on the drop down, but you could then go in and edit it. It does not seem to be possible now, unless I am missing something. Wont't sync to correct day
I'm sorry if this has been asked but I cannot find anything here about my issue. Im trying to get Zoho Calendar and Outlook Calendar to work together correctly. When I load an event in Zoho it will sync to Outlook with no problems. When I add to Outlook it will come up on Zoho on the previous. Example is I make a meeting for the 26th at 8am. It will show up on the 25th at 8am. Am I doing anything wrong? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in.

Hi. I'm located at Caracas, Venezuela, and I've noticed that the time zone that says Americas/Caracas is GTM -4:00 when actually is GTM -4:30. This kinda defeats the purpose of a calendar. Are there plans to fix this any time soon? Thank you.

Lock Event?
Hi, one of our biggest issues is that sometimes we accidentally move an event on the calendar and as far as we know, there is no way to ever find out what the original time was for the event. Is there any way to "lock" the calendar or have some sort of confirmation required before actually moving an event? This has caused us a few problems with important appointments with customers. Help please :)
Accidentally deleted default calendar
I accidentally deleted the default calendar from the apps toolbar and can't figure out how to get it back. There's nothing in the apps at the top of the page or at the lower left under the apps toolbar. HELP!
Not seeing calendar items entered by others unti I refresh
My coworkers have "Delegate/Manage" access to my calendar. They need to schedule me for meetings. They don't see items I enter and I don't see items they enter until I manually refresh my browser page. I remember setting an auto-refresh option somewhere but can't seem to find it now. Can someone verify if this should work without manually refreshing? And if so, what should I be looking at to correct? Any help is appreciated, Thanks Eddie

Some Outlook Plugin Questions
We are currently testing the Outlook Plugin and we have some questions: 1) Can we automatically login and sync using the plugin when Outlook starts? Currently we have click on Login then Sync. 2) Are "Shared Calendars" events Sync using the plugin? After our tests events from the shared calendar aren't being updated in Outlook but when you use goto calendar.zoho.com they are in there. Thanks.
