Synchronisation Zoho Docs <-> Google Docs or working directly with the Google Docs?
Hi! It would be fine to have a two way sync between Zoho Docs and Google Docs. I prefer the Zoho Writer. I like the lean design. But since I'm having a Google Apps account (and Zoho Mail can't cope with Google Mail) I would like to have my files stored there. Michael

My Tags View: All Files
Dear Zoho Docs Team Currently in the "My Tags" View, one has to decide between these four options: View : Uploaded files | Docs | Spreadsheets | Presentations Shouldn't there not also be the option "All Files"? And "All Files" should then also be the default view. This gives a quick overview when entering "My Tags" and if there are too many file, one still can choose Uploaded files, Docs, Spreadsheets or Presentations to narrow it down.
Microsoft Office Integration
Ok, here's something that would be EXTREMELY useful. My life would be made so much easier if there was a way for Zoho to program an extension for Microsoft Office applications. As it is right now I have to save a file from a MS office application to my computer. Then I log in to Zoho and upload the file. If I want to change the file I need to use my browser to get to Zoho, download it, open it with MS office, save a local copy, and then upload it to Zoho again. What would be absolutely fantastic

how about combining zoho doc with zoho share, or atleast have a "up load from doc" option in share. (just like upload from google in doc) because some files needed to be share with the public(zoho share) and in some too need to be edit (zoho doc). having them combined saves the need of paralling file.
Zoho Apps for iDevices

Collaborators can't delete files they don't own. Deleted (and shared before) file isn't removed from workspaces

Can't we have a more soft scrollbars?

Zoho Writer different Sections
When creating large documents, the one function I am really missing is to add different headers! This great little function for working with document chapters, so Section One is about Introduction. The Header has title Introduction and gets a blue text box, next section is about Etc. and gets a red text box. Each Section is still has its own headings but can you know chapter you need to find once you 300 page document is done! This will be really, really great addition to your product!
Clear Recent Files List
Zoho Docs Team, Is there a 'Clear Recent Files' list? Even in Windows I normally keep clearing the MRU list and love to navigate directly to the files only. Request to add the viewer option into writer, show, sheet. This way after the document has been shared or made public it can be view for a certain time duration. Email Shared Documents and Spreadsheets
It is vital that we get the ability for shared users to email shared documents and spreadhsheets. Currently this is not possible, and creating multiple documents (it looks to be the only workaround currently) is going to cause us unbelievable compliance, versioning and workflow headaches. As noted before shared folders would be great also. This is very important, and this single issue may become a future deal-killer. We blow it on compliance, our business model fails. Locking A Document During Collaboration

you can link documents from Zoho Docs to Zoho CRM in a web browser. Why can we not do the same on a mobile device (IE Apple ipad). Even if you were able to click on the link in CRM and it would take you directly to the document in Zoho Docs.
Display folders in the main search
Hi, Would it be possible in one of your future updates to include folders in the main search results. I have a folder for each client and it would be nice to search for the clients name and have the folder appear in the search results. Would be quicker than browsing through the tree of folders. feature request for more screen real estate in Zoho docs
On a laptop I'm able to see my actual doc on only the bottom 2/3 of the screen. The top third is taken up with browser's address bar and tabs, then the site's name and a lot of white space for doc name, then the app's tabs, then menu bar with tons of icons, and then the formula bar (in the case of Sheet).
