Ability for admin to access or make changes in zoho form without asking for ownership
Currently in zoho form only form owner can make the changes in the form and if someone else has to make changes then we have to transfer the ownership to them and even admin also cant access it . So i think admin must have the ability or option to access

Nobody answers on my request

In the past week, two unrelated prospective customers have had issues completing a Zoho form I created. They get the error message "forms.zohopublic.com’s server IP address could not be found." They have both tried on different browsers, on Macs and PCs, at home and at work (e.g., on different networks). Thankfully they are committed to completing the application, but who knows how many prospective customers I am losing as a result of Zoho forms. Has anyone else experienced this? Zoho support suggests
My web forms are getting spammed
I'm getting spam on my web forms. Most of the content are in Russian as well as the links inside the content. But i checked the live traffic, it showed no Russian IP. I'm not sure how the Captcha got bypassed easily. I've been having this problem for almost a month now. How can i stop or prevent more spam on my forms? Some help would be really nice. Thanks.

Unable to prefill CRM fields via CRM email templates/mail merge
Hi, I have a number of customer contacts I need to make to ask them to update their contact details & confirm some booking details. The easiest way to do this is to prefill a form, so they can correct only the contact details that have changed and pick dates for events (etc). iPad "invalid organization"

Document Merge not working?
We use the document merge feature constantly during the day to prep reports for clients. Its not working today - tried different entries, tried different documents, tried to send it to different email address, checked spam - nothing. (For the past a month or two, we've been having random glitches: all of a sudden editing response via the email link stopped working and then started working again a couple of different times and now this)
2 different forms created but both show the same PDF title
Hi there, We use 2 forms for online payroll time sheets. One is named Crew timesheet and the other is named Performers timesheet but when emailed to the end users it shows Crew as the title of the file even if its from the Performers timesheet. Can you assist? Thank you, Chris
My form won't load on mobile devices but will on desktop devices...any idea why?
I have a form tht I create. It is fairly large in scope, but it loads extremely slowly (mostly not at all) on ipads or tablets, but loads perfectly fine on any desktop computer. I have tried different browsers to no avail. I have tried both connected and not connected to wifi. I've never had this issue before. Any ideas?
Generated PDF are editable
Hi! I just noticed that the PDF generated by a Zoho Form is editable by any PDF editor, or in other words, the PDF doesn't have the security setting that prevents edits enabled. I've been checking out the PDF settings offered by Zoho Forms and it looks like this setting isn't available. Would it be possible to configure the PDF so that it's not editable? Thanks!
Shouldn't mapping CRM fields to Form-fields auto-populate or update these fields?
I have integrated ZOHO-CRM with ZOHO-Forms and I have linked/mapped every field in my Form to fields in my CRM (Leads). Also I have activated 'update info with existing Lead-contacts', but the information does not populate these before-mentioned fields! Instead a pdf-file (of the filled-in form) is added to the 'Lead'. What did I do wrong?
Webhooks not sending on submit?
Desired behavior: on a user submitting the form, the data is collected into json format and POSTed to an endpoint. Current behavior: user submits form, data is logged in zoho forms, but I never receive a POST with the data. Please note that this was working properly when I set these forms up in November, last known date of working was February 28th. Set up: forms are set up to send webhooks (form> integrations> webhooks) with the enable box checked, the url is in the format "https://domain.tld/endpoint"

In order to have an effective working day, our sellers fill in as many fields as possible before meeting customers. Earlier, they could put iPad into sleep mode, then retrieve the ZohoForms app and complete the form and submit it. They did not close Zohoforms, just let it down. I have created a form with image choices which is working fine in both Chrome, Safari, Firefox. But when viewing the form in Internet Explorer the images are all broken.
