I have this problem "Reason: 553 Relaying disallowed. Invalid Domain" and I can't send or receive emails ... can you help me?
All Attachments Sent through SMTP are Failing
For the last 2 days, no email with an attachment is processing successfully through the SMTP server. We have several Zoho accounts, and for any of them it is the same problem. I have one account that does not process through Zoho and through that account only can I send attachments. This is crippling a critical feature we depend on for using email. Please investigate what is going on. I can provide specific emails sent if need be.

.ics file will not import
I attend a number of webinars via Go To Webinar, but the .ics files will not import into my Zoho calendar (or calendar.zoho.com). An error message from the bottom of the screen immediately pops up saying Import Failed. Tried to attach file to this report, but that won't work either.

I may want to move my primary address to another client, effectively leaving Zoho. How can I do this seamlessly, i.e. be sure it is immediately available in the other client? Ron

Hello, Recently one of my email accounts got blocked for suspicious logins (I've used VPN). I tried following the steps described in help sections to deblock my account, but everytime I try to unblock outgoing mail for the account, it gives me a failure message. Please help? Thank you.
Changed my phone and now keep getting unverified messages for IMAP
Hi, I changed my phone over to a Samsung. Tried various server settings as I couldn't remember how I did it on my old phone. Been trying for hours now. Followed protocol on zoho help pages and it keeps saying unverifed. My account was verified 2 years ago and imap is switched to on in my account. Help please. It's driving me nuts. Can you just give me the configuration for my account to input into my phone for IMAP? It's a domain name. Thank you in advance.

A user in my domain (username is karen@...) has found that she had a number of flagged emails that disappeared sometime today or yesterday. I've been unable to find any in her Trash or Archived emails. Please help me with recovery of these emails. Thank you.

Observei que existe uma caixinha com a descrição "Invite all group members" e tenho procurado desabilitá-la a cada novo evento criado, uma vez que no evento seguinte ela já aparece habilitada novamente. Outlook IMAP Access using VPN
Hi All, I have recently set up 2FA, and have set my ipad/mobile up (using IMAP) with the new machine-specific passwords without any issue - they continue to work either at home or on other networks. I also set up my laptop outlook, and it worked initially, but I have found that when my VPN reconnects the connection is lost. I am guessing that this is to do with the visible IP changing, but I don't know why it would be specific to the laptop. Can anyone help? I do not want to have to choose between
My Zoho cannot receive emails from GMAIL, it can from icloud
Hi - I cannot receive emails from google mail when I could once before. I have my domain name hosted with Azure (Go Daddy). I opened the DNS Advanced Management Panel in Azure to see my DNS records. I added a CNAME for Content Delivery Network a CDN pointing to my static website endpoint. All other MX records were there. However, when I went in to do Delegate DNS to Azure, and create a DNS Zone in Azure, my prior records were removed. I then deleted the Azure DNS Zone, and my original Zoho records
I there a way to keep spam in inbox?
Is there a way to enable spam detection yet keep tagged messages in the inbox? I primarily download mail to an email client via POP3 so need to leave spam tagged messages in the inbox so i can check for false positives. I have spam detection disabled now because I can't find such an option. Advice is appreciated.
Zoho Mail Spell Check Does Not Replace Word
Spell check seems to work find, highlighting the misspelled words. When you click a highlighted word, it pops up suggestions; however, when you click on one of the suggested spellings, it does not automatically correct the word. Instead, I have to manually correct the misspelling in the email. Do I need to enable something to be able to just select the replacement word? Using Zoho Mail Desktop App in Windows 10.

Hi I've a problem with may mail accout. I've been using VPN and I've changed server seweral times. As a result my @ account has been blocked due to suspcious login activity. I've tried to unblock it from mailadmin but I was able to unblock only incoming mails.

Group Calender automatically adds an event to my personal calender
We use a group calender for our organization. Every event in that calender is also inserted in my own, personal calender which makes it looks as if I participated/am busy for that time. I don't know how to deactivate this; it's also impossible for me to manually delete these events from my calender.

After reading and sending many emails all evening, opening and closing the website many times, when I tried to open my mail again shortly after midnight last night (6/23), or maybe 1 am, the formatting of my mail changed. I thought Zoho mail is the best alternative for Gmail. Everyone, please hold on to the thought, it is not. I HAVE NO IDEA, HOW MANY OF MY EMAIL RECIPIENT NOT RECEIVED my emails. Contacts syncing partialy
I have a strange problem with contacts active sync on MUIU 10 /Redmi 7A. I've configured Exchange account and calendars sync as they should, but out of my 600+ contacts only about 150 are actually shown in mobile's conracst. I've tryed to monitor the app via logcat, but no error is thrown, so i'm baffled?

zoho blocks a few of my emails if sent using pop but same work if I use zoho's web based email interface. What gives? These are personal emails to real world business, no spam or mass mailings.
