Cannot receive email from ratbrew.com
I have a forwarder set up so that all email sent to my @ratbrew.com email address forwards to my zoho account (joel@dwbrewing.com) I am not receiving any of these emails even though the server at ratbrew.com has verified the outgoing emails. I have attempted several emails all within the past hour and none of them have come through to my ZOHO account, nor do they bounce back to the outgoing server. Sent emails show web-hosting service provider (yahoo) to mail recipients!
One of my oldest domain-names is registered with yahoo and the associated website is hosted by yahoo. When I send an email from this domain-e-ddress with other email clients the recipients of my mails always see info@[my-domain-name].com as the sender. However when I send it through my newly set up ZOHO-mail it also mentions 'yahoo'. This looks unprofessional. How can I turn that off?

We having one email account with 4.5 GB total storage size. Now we would like to user pop3 ( not IMAP ) so that its download to the local system and Zoho space will get free. Now we did all changes and configured thunderbird for that account. But only last 2 month data getting downloaded and still more than 1 years data in Zoho account. Please help to download all emails to the local system and only last 30 days emails on the server. Is any special setting? It's more than 2-month-old account. Old

Cannot create fodlers/subfolders
Hello, Completely out of the blue, I cannot create folders or subfolders! Whatever I do, I get this error message: Error while adding new folder (You are not allowed to create folder with this name.) Also, when I tried to ask Zoho, I got an error message and the message was not created. I really don't see any issue with the account, so, I am confused. Is it a system issue? Update: I tried with 2 different browsers, I used Private/Incognito mode, cleared cache/cookies. The problem is there.
