Mails not receving.but sending was ok
I have created a zoho mail with my domain created in godaddy.im sending mails was ok.but im unable to receive mails.it was showing mail was sent but im not receving.kindly solve it asap

More of our mail is being marked as spam
We are getting more instances where our email from our domain is being marked as spam or put in the spam folder. What can we do to check why this is happening. Also why is the contact support form come up with an error message about one time only.

Mail is blocked, additional storage space didn't help
Dear team, our mail account is blocked due to the aailable storage space (5 MB) being full. I have just bought more storage space - but it is not available to the mail account. WHAT CAN I DO??? Mail getting bounced if we sent it from gmail or hotmail
I have configured zoho for my friend domain iakrfilms.com. Domain got Verified, MX got verified, DKIM got verified. I am able to send/receive email from Zoho. Help! My Account Is Inactive
My account is "inactive". I check my emails frequently, in fact I checked them this morning. But now when I attempt to log in it says my account is inactive. This is a very serious problem for me. Does someone use zoho imap email integration with MS exchange server who is willing to help? We get spam, when we open up a port to use the zoho imap email integration. Is someone open to discuss this with my IT department to make it work?

Cannot connection to server
Hi. Help me please. 1. From 17/11/2017 there are regular messages - it is impossible to connect to the server. Above 10 times per day. Now the same situation. 2. Email client is outlook 2010. In all organization e-mail accounts, in the folder "Send", if you sort mail by the field "TO", the field is displayed "FROM". Folders were not moved, copied or renamed. I am trying to setup zoho smtp for WordPress using "WP Email SMTP" plugin. Its working fine for smtp.gmail.com but unfortunately not working for smtp.zoho.com. I have tried both ports ssl and tls with port 465 and 587 respectively. Outlook (office 365 version) suddently can't send / can't contact SMTP servier
Several days ago outlook stopped working with Zoho on the send side. I have tried everything. The error is that Outlook says it cannot reach or log on to Zoho's smtp server. This is causing massive problems as I for years have used Outlook every single day with Zoho without issue.

Action on Conversation mails - Revert All the emails in the conversation, across folders?
Good morning. by mistake I have clicked on this option, and now when I delete an email in the conversation mode it deletes all the messages of that conversation (including the sent messages), I can not find a way to revert this configuration.
