I cannot receive Emails in my Zoho address (I can send them fine though). I've correctly configured the MX record for my domain: tripinfusion.com but I'm still getting this error: 553 Relaying disallowed What do I have to do to make it work?

Buenos días para consultar cual es el procedimiento que debo realizar para continuar con el proceso de activación de mi cuenta en zoho mail para el dominio http://www.juancarlosestrada.com/, en el día de ayer inicie el proceso pero nunca llego el código de verificación al numero de celular que coloque, hoy intente empezar de nuevo el proceso y ya me indica que el dominio ya existe. ¿Que debo hacer en este caso? I'm not receiving any mail
Hi there, I haven't received any mail since 3rd November. I can send out emails but nothing is being received. Some of my clients have told me they've received a bounce back when they have replied to me. I have sent two emails from other accounts (not supplied by Zoho) and I'm not getting any bounce backs. I'm all paid up with Digital Ocean so not sure what's going on. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much, Hannah

Sent emails not showing reciever address
I am using Windows 10 Mail client and i cannot see the receivers address of sent emails when viewed in Sent Emails folder. When viewed from web mail, the mail is properly shown. I have tried SSL and TLS and both having the same problem. Its not mail clients issue as i am already using gmail and outlook.com email addresses with it and none of them have this problem.

Can't add new accounts on iphone
Hi, I cannot add accounts to my iphone. i tried adding a new account, and i get: Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I've tried every setting, and I keep getting a "Company Name" is currently unavailable I'm not sure if this is related to Apple's last os update or not. The account is fine, we were able to add it through your app, but not to Apple mail. Thanks

Cannot access mailbox. Domain switched to Soho instead of Zoho!
I was under my account > Profile > Email Address when I saw an option to add email. I clicked Add Email and it asked for an email and existing password. I thought it was asking to verify my existing account so I entered my existing email and password. However my phone auto corrected Zoho into Soho. Now I cannot access my account because it changed my primary account to @Soho.com and it wants me to verify that email address! Please help!

Scenario: X is currently a portal owner of Zoho Projects (Paid subscription) and Y is one of the admin in this portal. (Though irrelevant for Projects, they have the same email domain abc.com as login) Can Y be the super admin of Zoho Mail (Free or paid) and register the domain abc.com? This was all done about six hours ago yet I still cannot receive emails to any of the accounts.
