Instead of Adding a new user it just goes into invitation list
Hello Experts, I am trying to add a user or email address swps@khoomyanmar.com. The domain is now pointing to zoho and all other account creation work fine except for this particular account. Hello, I have changed my MX records setting in 1and1 - however I am unable to send emails and receive mx.zoho.eu gave this error:Remote server returned an error -> 553 Relaying disallowed as an error message. Additionally, everytime I log into Zoho Mail, I have a notification telling me my MX records are not directed to Zoho.eu when it is. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, I have configured rootpai.com domain with Zoho and created 3 email account's (admin, ankitagarwal and ankitmathur) but I am not able to receive email's in any one of them. I purchased my domain from goDaddy and configured Zoho MX in Domain DNS settings. I also enabled IMAP for admin and ankitagarwal user's. Kindly help as soon as possible. Regards Ankit
