SMS Campaign not triggering based on date
I have the following SMS journey set up in zoho marketing hub (see attached). Each lead has a date for their trip with us (just a date, no time). I would like each lead to get an sms message 2 days before the trip, and one sms message the day after (I would have liked to send an SMS on the day of the trip in the evening - but I don't think that is possible.) For some reason, this journey is not working, and I am not able to send SMS messages. I do have another SMS campaign which is working fine,

SMS Campaign using Clickatell - set up instructions.
I'm trying to set up an SMS campaign using Clickatell, but it's not working. On clickatell, I have purchased some credit, and set up a http API. I've then pasted this API key into Zoho Marketing. I tested the API in clickatell and manage to setup my phone number as a test phone. I have the SMS setup to trigger when someone is added to the list - nothing! Anyone else having issues with this?

Hello, is it possible to check if a CRM contact already exists? I want to push data to CRM, but to avoid duplicate entries I need to check if a CRM contact is present. The logic is like this: Check if an entry in CRM module contacts is present, if yes -> update contact data, if not -> update or create entry in CRM module leads. I have set up the web page visits tracking journey template in Marketing Hub. Since it has been activated I have had people visit our website, but no leads or data has been collected and entered this journey. How exactly does the "visiting any website page" trigger capture visitor information?
