Trying to use Zoho to help team working on RFPs to collaborate together and get the proposal document prepared
Please give me ideas how I can effectively use Zoho to create workflow for responding to RFPs. Usually RFPs are worked on by virtual teams which come together based on expertise and ownership. For this same reason various notifications have to be set because the teams working on RFPs changes from each time.

Creating Custom Reports from Zoho Projects' XML Data Backup
I spoken to Prasanna about this problem a few times. We need to get reports out of Zoho Projects. At the very LEAST: Project List - Showing Project Name, Project Manager, Created Date, Due Date, Priority Project List with Milestones - Same as above with each Milestone created for each Project (listed under each project). Project List with Milestones and Tasks - Same as above also showing each To-Do List (including Items) for each Milestone. I've tried importing the XML Data Backup into Crystal

Free version - - deleted project, and now cannot add one
I am evaluating the product - and am on a free version. I deleted the project I had to make room for a "real" one - and cannot seem to add a new project. Any ideas? I have looked everywhere. I understand paid account allows for multiple projects. We want to have all new clients follow same project flow.Can templates be carried over to each new client, in other words each new client is a new project using the same template/flow.

say we have express option and are alotted 20 projects. Once the project is completed, can we retain the project information within Zoho Projects and mark as inactive and start a new project. In other words, can we have 10 active projects and 15 inactive projects, but have access to view them all?

bugs tracking- we're testing websites. when i see a bug, how can i print screen it and paste it directly in the bug description without needing to save it as img and attach to the bug?

Sync with Google Tasks & Outlook Tasks
Tasks from projects should be able to sync with Outlook tasks and Google Apps Tasks. The iCal Functionality with Google Calendar is an OK start... but we have to be able to actually manage and close tasks outside of the projects application. When can we expect integration with Outlook Tasks? Google Tasks? When is it coming?

Is there a way to create a contact/customer for Zoho Projects through the api? I honestly havent used the software yet, but just dont want to start paying with it until I find out if its possible yet as its a required need of mine in order to have it sync with my other apps.
Problem with users
I am unable to add a user , ZoHo tells me they have already been added to the project BUT they do not appear in either the ALL USERS tab or the project tab......so now what?
Cannot import all accounts from crm
I am setting up new project in Projects and when trying to associate them with CRM accounts, not all my accounts show up on the list. Why would this happen? Also, it would be much more useful if the list of accounts was alphabetical, or have a search capability. It's a long list.

Character Limit in Zoho Project Forums
Is there a character limit when posting to Forums. We just posted a large note to a projects and it came through fully on the email to the project users, but when you go back into look at the note, half of it is missing. Not sure why the system would let you type in more than it can store. Is there a storage limit or is this a bug from today....have not noticed this problem before.... I ordered Enterprise Project and then added on the Wiki feature. I can not tell how I can get a wiki tab activated within my project account overall. I do not want the wiki by project but across the project front end on a similar navigation level with My Reports and My Home. How can I do that?
Combining projects
I want to be able to view all the individual projects in one master project file. I use various resources within my business and sometimes it would be very useful to see where I may have gaps in projected workloads or over use of resources by pulling all the projects together. Having a top level view of this would be very useful. I would also like a baseline for the project so I can see slippage.
Creating dependencies
Hi there: I am a new user and have set up my first major project. I set up Task Lists and associated tasks, including start/end dates and owners. I indicated for no notifications to be sent. When I went into Dependencies, anytime I made a change, it sent notifications to the owner I assigned. Is there any way to override it? What I ended up doing was changing the owner for all tasks to me and then making all changes before reassigning. There must be an easier way. Thanks, Cath
Show projects by client display my organization
Hello team, I have currently 2 projects opened within Z Projects. In the dashboard, when I click on Mostrar proyectos por cliente (Show projects by client), this displays the 2 projects under my organization name. I would imagine that the goal would be to display the 2 different customers and the project below each of them. I did link the Zoho Project to my Z CRM account. What are the rules for updating tasks pcomplete&duration?
I keep getting this error for certain combinations of pcomplete&duration? After a bunch of experiments I see that pcomplete can only be 10,20,30,...,100 and can't be 56 for example. Also pcomplete=100 does not make my task complete unless duration is 0. Are there any other rules? Is duration specified in days? Can I specify minutes?
