Duplicating Templates from templates
Because we have multiple branches with different employees, we'd like to be able to Create a Milestone or Task List Template by duplication of an existing template, rather than having to create one from a Project (if not doing from scratch), then simply change the names of the individuals responsible for the tasks. It’s kind of a clunky process currently if we have to create a template from a project.

Hey, How can I create sub tasks? I have checked the documenation at https://www.zoho.com/projects/sub-task.html, but it seems to be outdated (screenshots are of older version). Am I missing something or does Zoho Projects doesn't have the option to add sub tasks?
Next task
I tend to use the Projects view so I can see an overview of all the projects I'm working on. But it'd be great if on that screen it was possible to see the next "task" due, so I can see what needs to be done next easily, without having to go in to each project. I often work on a number of similar projects at the same time, and like to keep them running at the same pace, but it's not really possible to see their progress side by side in Zoho.

Hi there, We are trying to create a custom field for integrating our Portal to Gitlab. We created a custom field for the project ID in Gitlab. However, when editing the custom function, this "custom field" does not appear as an option for assigning it as a "Parameter Value" to a "Parameter Name" in the function's arguments. Interestingly, it appears when editing the Append bug parameters in webhooks. Is it a bug? Do we need to do something else to have appeared the custom field in the custom function
Admin and project memeberships (or how to get rid of notifications)
Hi, I would need some help with how to get less email notifications. I'm a project manager and therefor I've been (together with all other project managers at my company) set to admin for the zoho project. This seems to mean that I'm a member of all projects I happen to look into. Why is this? I don't see the point in being member in all projects. I don't find a way to 'unmember' myself. Hi, I needed to access timesheet data for a project from the time it started using zoho api.What should be the values for the view_type and day parameter in GET request specified in api reference for doing so. I was able to generate timesheet data only for a single day.
User Role Privileges
The lowest role we can set for a user is a contractor in Zoho projects. But that user can see his tasks as well as tasks of rest of the project team members. We don't want him to see tasks of other team members except his own. So, my question is how to limit a user to see his own tasks - not others? Project Active/Archived - used to set project completed?
While archiving some of our projects I noticed that when I set a project to Archived, it actually set's the project status to 'Completed'. I have noticed before that even though all tasks/tasklists/milestones are completed, the project is not set to completed (even though it is 100% done). If archiving is meant as a project completion flag that would be really confusing, as I might not want to archive a project that was just completed right away. Milestone API - Assigned By
Hi, I am using the following API (https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/rest-api/milestones-api.html#alink3) to create a Milestone. A mail notification is received from 'notifications=zohoprojects.com@notifications.zohoprojects.com', once a milestone is successfully created in Zoho Projects. Problem: In every email, the default portal owner name is showed in the 'Assigned By' field. Question: Is there a url parameter where we can pass the 'Assigned By' user name/email?

Change the Owner of the portal
The issue is that the previous owner of the portal aka the Director of the company left the company and we want to change the ownership of the portal to the new Director but we can't do it because we don't have the password of the previous director to enter to his account. Is there a way to achieve this? which are the steps that need to be done?
Tasks: filter by "open"
I had my tasks on filter by open but when there's no open tasks in a task list, that task list is gone. Is there any way to change that so I can see all task lists even when there are none open? Also, I removed the open status so I could see everything but now I don't want to see the tasks that are closed. How do I set this back to see open tasks only?
Export Projects Overview
Hi, I am looking to export the Project Tab into a csv. We have over 100 project running and even though the overview works great to get an overview, I would like to analyse it in Excel. If the same columns can be exported that are visible in the overview that would make sense (e.g. owner, milestones, start/end date). Zoho Projects and Website Integration
I have a question about Zoho Projects and the widget inclusion on our new website (our ultimate goal is to use it for InterDepartmental Organization). Does anyone happen to know if I create some projects and a team right now in Zoho Projects (externally, not connected to new website) if those projects and connections will have to be re-developed and created once we input that widget extension onto our new website? Or will the existing created information transfer smoothly?
Aggregate milestones from multiple projects into one timeline
We use high level milestones for each project. They come from a template, giving each project a uniform list of milestone definitions and task lists. Because we have many projects executing at the same time but in different phases management would like to see a consolidated timeline across all executing projects. Is there any way to accomplish this? In Microsoft Project I would do this by having a master project that would pull information from other project files.
Error on Feed Page and Notification

would like to filter bugs on created date
I have a use case for my project team where we want to create a filter for bugs created within the last 24 hours. In looking at the available filters, it looks like I can set a Time Span filter using either Due On or the Completed . But I don't see a value for Created On.
