Copy a Project
We have multiple projects that follow a similar list of tasks/task lists. How can I copy a project into a new project. Is this feature available.
PRIVACY
In Project as it is currently developed every user can see every comment and task for every other user in the project. Our setup currently is we have employees, contractors, managers and clients. Project lets every user even the contractors see EVERY detail of every conversation and tasks between managers and clients. Eventhough there are privilege roles to prevent users from editing other users tasks they can still view EVERYTHING. Every login or message left, every detail, task, invoice etc generated
Getting to a Project from the Gantt Chart and Calendar
While you can get to the actual Task by clicking on a task in the Gantt chart or the Calendar, there is no way getting to the actual Project from that particular task to see the task in context to the others in that project. For example when you click and open up a task from the Gantt chart (or Calendar) it opens the task in a pop-up window and lists the Project as a text field on the top right hand corner. How to turn off Document Access to External Users?
Is there a way to turn off access to the document library? External Users are getting notifications and I assume access to our document library.
Add Feature to be able to create Document Folder Templates
Recently we have been using the Document feature in Zoho Projects. While there is much to be desired in modernizing the User Interface, we are finding it convenient to organize and store our project files here. One thing that would be handy is to be able to create a folder structure template that we can invoke when we create a new project. Mainly this will help us have consistent folder structures from one job to another. Having folder templates will also save time.
Manager Can't Edit Projects?
I'm a manager for an account and I can't seem to edit projects. Can't archive them, or bring them out of the archive. Also cannot start a new project. Has the privilege been taken away from managers? A few weeks ago I was able to create projects. I know the edit button should be next to the project name in the dashboard, but it's not showing up for me. Any help would be appreciated Dan
Multiple Projects Milestone Dependencies
We have a large programme consisting of 40 plus projects and want to be able to set milestone dependencies that cross the projects. Has anyone done anything similar. Any help on the best way to set this up within Zoho will be exceptionally helpful. Thanking you in advance for your help Sue
Kanban Task View: Horizontal Scroll and Chat
Looking at the Kanban task view, when the "Smart chat" bar is expanded you can't see the horizontal scroll bar. I think the scroll bar should jump up to being above the chat box. :) (Using Chrome 51.0.2704.103 at the moment if that helps.)
Behavior of create task API call?
I'm having some issues with the API task create method - some could probably be cleared up by documentation, but some I think are bugs. 1) If I create the task specifying both start/end date and duration, it appears that start/end date takes precedence and the duration specified is ignored. 2) It appears that the duration_type value is being ignored and that the duration is always in days. Print Kanban tasks
Why does the printing of the Kanban chart not show and print all the tasks, it only prints task on the first page ( and does not print any that are on the scroll down)? It prints only a screen shot and any data off the screen does not get printed.

Need option to make time tracking private from client users
Hi Zoho Staff, We're using Zoho Projects internally and more and more involving clients in access to the portal - but it looks like the client can always see Work Planned and Actual Time Log. This presents a problem, since we rarely bill hourly on projects and would like to track time only for internal use. Employee and Manager users cannot see project milestones
Hi Zoho team I have been testing access to one of my projects before I allow the project team access. I have one milestone set to 'External' and my test user added to the project, however the test user cannot see the milestone. I changed the user's group from Employee to Manager as well. Both did not work. Am I missing something? Any help would be great. Cheers Joel

Wildcard user for project templates
Would be nice to have a kind of wildcard user related to the project owner for example. This way you could assign the wildcard user to tasks when designing a project template in order to get them assigned differently each time depending on who starts a project using the template. In fact i thought that the user "me" was meant to act like this.

Hi there, I'm new to Zoho Projects and I can see that you can create a task by emailing a project relevant email but for some reason that doesn't work for me. Our company works on multiple projects at a time and we'd like to be able to see a view of the Gantt chart with one bar/line for each project so we can plan out future projects based on the timeline of existing projects throughout the year. I know that within the milestone gantt, I'm able to see a column with the projects associated with each of the milestones, but I want to be able to see ONLY the projects (one project per line/bar). It seems that only the user who created a task is notified when another user comments on said task. Is there a way that all users that are assigned to a task get notifications of the comments? (Other than having to @mention all users.) Thanks
How to restrict users to delete their tasks..
