How to change a milestone of a task
Hello, i'd like to assign a milestone to a task after creating it. If i open the taks details, i see the option "milestone", but there is no edit / change ability. I only discover to add tasks to existing milestone, but cannot assing existing taks to later created milestones. How can i afford that. Thank you, Sam
HELP: Cannot delete task AFTER checking "Stop this page from being created" on popup window
I have never had a problem creating tasks for the past 4 years - however, just now it stopped working after I checked a box in the pop-up window. What used to happen =============== I clicked on the trashcan icon of a task and I used to get a pop-up which I routinely used to click on saying "OK" and delete worked perfectly What I did today around 5:30am US Eastern ================================ Since I had a lot of tasks to delete, I checked the box that said "Prevent this page from being created"
Can a different person unapprove a timesheet?
Hi Zoho Users I would like to unapprove a couple of timesheet entries for my employee - however, the approver is currently not available. Do I need to wait till they get back or can an admin or manager unapprove a timesheet that has been approved by someone else? I tried doing this but could not see the Unapprove button. Anyone have any suggestion regarding how to get around this? What happens if an approver leaves the company and a timesheet needs to be unapproved and fixed? Any Sudip

Having the ability to import projects would be useful in speeding up the process of creating some of our larger projects.

Dependencies?
It is probably obvious to everyone else but... We are on the Free Plan (just not enough time to test Projects within the 15-day trial period). Created a project - added tasks - added milestones. Automatically closing Task List when all tasks have been done
Hi We have created a Task list and then a number of tasks associated with it. When all the tasks have been marked as complete why does the Task List not close as all the parts are 100% complete? Is there something I am missing? Lisa

My Referred user just accepted the invitation. I'm trying to add him to my zoho project. Must I wait until he's added to my confirmed referrals? Is there a particular order or step I need to follow? Do I have to wait 3 days as your forum suggests?

Email updates (comments) to bug submitters not arriving
Dear Zoho, When I make a comment on a bug submitted by someone else, regardless of whether I tick the box "Send Mail Notification" or not, no email is sent to the user who submitted the bug. This is a really critical feature for us, to notify users to log into the portal and check the status of their issue. Am I missing something? Thanks, Chris.
Is there any way to bulk create users in Zoho Bugtracker?

Timer in Projects

Hi, In the users panel I can follow all users to receive their notifications except for Admins. Does somebody know why? Will I receive those admin notifications although I'm not following him? Thanks in advance

Client users cannot email Bugs?
Hi, I am trialling this for bug tracking for some web sites we're building. it's great, but i found that when I set up a CLIENT usr, they cannot email bugs directly into the portal - it seems that only INTERNAL USERS can do this - but surely this feature is more applicable to clients? is there any way to enable this? Archive projects
Is there any way to archive a project or hide it from the Timesheet > Projects view? After I have completed a project and it has been invoiced/paid, it would be nice to remove it from view so only active projects are seen. This would be a useful tool if its not already available. Thanks!
Ability to set permissions for each user role
How can I change permissions for tasks that I created? e.g. if I assign a task to a person, that person right now can edit and delete the task. How can I prevent that from happening? I only want that person to report on the task, e.g. add notes or mark the task as done.

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to receive a notification when bugs are flagged with certain a severity. For example, if bugs are flagged with "Show stopper", I would like to assign certain users to receive an email, for a faster response. Thanks in advance!
Project Templates - Delete Templates
I currently only have three project templates. Somehow, i am unable to add additional project templates as Zoho tells me that I already have 20... Do task templates count for the 20 templates? If so, I currently have 16 plus the 3 project templates, that should make 19... Am I missing something?
Customize Repeating Events
How do I set up recurring tasks that are every other week or the first Monday or the month, etc.? I have meetings for a project that are every other week but it appears that events can only repeat every day, every week, every month, etc.

Option only given to list project, and when done says no forum post - well of course, my project has no forume? Was wondering if this facility only available in prem and ents subscripts?. Client Users ACL
Hello ZoHo-Team, i'm stuck with portal / client user roles. There are role on portal users side. One of these is "Auftragnehmer", assume customer in english. This is described in your help system as viewer role. I tested it an discovered FULL ACCESS with editing, .... when working with a viewer user?!? Archived a project, but now have an empty live project
I archived a project which has recently been completed. After archiving I am left with an empty project in the 'view by client' view. I have deleted this project several times but it always reappears. In the archived projects, i have the full project with all tasks etc. How can I permanently remove the empty project that was created?
Bug ID not on Time Export. Can it be added?
Using ZOHO bug tracking, I am able to export a time sheet. However, this export does not include the Bug ID. Can that be added to the standard extract? Thanks
Customize / style email notifications
A feature me and my company would like is the ability to customize email notification or to make templates for different kinds of notification. We work a lot through Zoho Projects together with our customers. A bit of styling and customization options would make things a bit easier us and more representative towards our customers. Such us adding our company logo to the email, or select some (custom) fields to add to the message, or to the possibility to simple translate to a different language.
Trouble with project template editing
Hi, I tried to call customer support, but I couldn't get through. I have a few problems with editing project templates and I'm stuck. First, when creating a new project template, it says 'You have already created 20 active template(s) as per your Enterprise plan!'. However, with our plan this shouldn't be the case. Centrally Manage Bug Workflows
It would be good to have a feature so that bug workflows can be centrally managed and assigned to a project or Project Group. In the current set-up you need to go into each project and edit the workflow if you decide to change it and it is not convenient when have many projects. We need the ability to define multiple bug workflows and assign them to a project group or a particular project. Thanks!
