Can you change the domain name within Zoho?
I would like to change the domain from https://projects.zoho.com to https://projects.duostech.com . I have it set up on my side of the our AD but wanted to see if it was possible to make the change withing Zoho? We are looking to brand only with our companies name on anything that is customer facing.
How to retrieve All Time Logs with the Zoho API?
I've been referencing the docs at All Time Logs, and tried every combination of parameters I can think of to get the demonstrated output, but always get this returned ( Code 6832 merely means "The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.", so is no help at all). <error>

Confusion about API Keys, AUTHNUMs and calling the API
Maybe I'm an idiot, but there are several things that I quite apparently don't understand: 1. In the Developer Space, my Zoho Account shows: ZSC Key : 58ce85e37ff06669de6bb021c1f821f7 and a button to regenerate it 2. The API documentation talks about being logged in from a browser to get an AUTHNUM from https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoProjects/projectsapi 3. I am able to list all the projects using the browser-generated AUTHNUM and using the example PHP Code at https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/rest-api/examples.html.
Better work with times in Bug Tracker
Good day, we are testing your nice software as an alternative to JIRA solution (we used till now). Currently, we suffer from a few minor problems, that are probably quite easy to implement, but should really improve user experience for developers. 1. imagine developer work on a bug. He did one hour of work. To record this hour, he has from list of bugs, open certain bug, tap on "Log hours" tab, tap on "Add log hours", write hours and comment, tap "Add", tap "Close" in corner to close bug screen.
Task Name/Project in Email Subject?
Hi: It seems like "new and simpler 4.0" is starting to become to simplified for its own good. Another headache my company is experiencing (along with this problem, and others ) is that when you create a new task, the email to notify the owner is now terribly generic: "Task Added" Previously it used to contain "[Project Name] - Task Name" This needs to be changed back, or at least give users an option to customize the subject fields, and not just for New Task creation, but for all email notifications

Cannot add existing user to a Project (Portal vs Client users???)
I have 4 admin users registered to Zoho CRM. 3 of them come up as portal users and one comes up as a client user. When i try to add the client user to existing projects the request goes through but nothing happens. When i try to import user from CRM i get the same error. We did not have to set anything specific for the first 3 users to view the existing and new projects. The user which is having issues viewing the projects was also added the same way. Please help clarify what needs to be done
Adding tags to tasks
Is there any plan to add tags to tasks? I would find it very helpful to be able to add "at computer" or "phone" as a tag to a task, then to be able to search by these tags. This would allow me to only view the phone calls I needed to make when I'm in a good position to make a number of phone calls. This is one of the principles advocated by David Allen in his Getting Things Done system and I find it quite helpful. Sort Projects Alphabetically
Is there a way to alphabetically sort projects that appear in a list? For example, if I'm outside of a project and want to enter time, the Project menu dropdown lists project names in a seemingly random order. This is very frustrating when there are a large number of projects to sort through. Thanks.

Copy Project to a Project Template
I have a project created (as I was only allowed to create 1 project in the demo system). Now that I have spent many hours creating that project and paid for the service, I want to copy it. How can I: a) copy it to another project OR b) copy it to a template. I hope that this can be done as I imagine EVERY one of your new project clients has the same problem.

How do I link a client submitted ticket to an internal ticket
Currently I have a project that represents our internal ticket queue (only viewable by our company). I would like to allow customers to submit tickets directly but I only want them to see their own tickets (no internal tickets or dialog). Is this possible and how? I did set up a public project for them and I see they can submit tickets but how can I link those to internal tickets so they are accessible in one project. If this is the wrong way to set this up please let me know. Thanks!

Access to Service Hooks
As an account owner and admin, I can see the service hooks tab within a project. However, one of our staff users, who has full admin privileges, is unable to see the Service Hooks tab. Am I missing a setting to allow this?
Portal Owner Deleted without changing ownership
We went through a corporate change in email address, and the original portal email is no longer used by the "owner". He had already created a new account, rather than changing the contact email on the original and then deleted the old account. We now have a portal with no ownership access. What options do we have?

Converting a Calender into PDF file
Hi Team, As we can convert Gantt chart into PDF format there is no provision to convert calender to PDF. Whenever we want to give updates to our client about his running project we can give him a PDF of calender. Clients are more comfortable with calender than gantt chart. Where in Projects can I see the Account that is associated from CRM?
I have integrated CRM and Projects and I can create a Project from CRM and it appears in account page in the CRM. However if I am in Projects and look at my Project list or even the project detail, I can see no reference to the account to which it is associated. Am I missing something, or is this critical piece of information not displayed in Projects?
Feed disappeared
About one hour ago we noticed that the feed disappeared for us inside our Zoho Projects. Tasks, documents, and other thins are still there but no feed. We've tried Status, Announcements, and other things... no luck. Seems to be the case across all three projects.
what can a client user view versus a regular user?
We want to set up client users but are not quite sure what they can see within the project. Can they see tasks they are not assigned to? the forums? milestones? list of other users?
Subscribing to project calendar
Right now, the calendar ical link showing at the bottom of each calendar is the same for all projects and "My calendar". Trying to understand integration of multiple zoho projects
Right now I have Zoho projects, freshbooks for invoicing and I use a google docs form for clients to submit tickets which I turn into a task via google app email add on. It isn't ideal, I am still being overwhelmed by emails and I hate having 3 places. I am looking ad ZOHO support and invoicing but from how it looks these are standalones? We have two portals in our group. If a project is set up on the wrong portal, is it possible to transfer that project across to the other portal or do you have to start again, manually keying it.

As team members (testers) are reporting bugs and assign them to developers, the reporters should be able to confirm that the bug was fixed and close the bug. It seems that this is not possible though.

Does ZOHO bug tracker have a discrepancy graph or some sort of visual way of displaying tickets that are connected to or blocking other tickets? Similar to Trac with its discrepancy graph.
