Unable to use advance search option in a specific job ID
Hi, I have sent this issue before but I didn't get the proper solution so I am writing this once again. The problem is that in a specific job ID we have associated 100 contacts and out of which we have sent mails to 50 candidates and now I want to send mails to rest of the 50 candidates by the using the "last email sent" filter but in a specific job ID NOT in the CANDIDATE module. Want to see candidate's contact information in a list view
Hi, I am unable to see the associated contacts in a specific job ID in a list view with phone and email addresses of the candidates. I am attaching a PDF which will show you what I am seeing VS what I want to see. So in the PDF's 1st page has the layout of what we see now in specific job ID and 2nd page has the layout of what I want to see while seeing these candidates in a specific job ID. Thanks, AJ

Disabling or editing auto generated emails when scheduling interviews
I am new to using Zoho and found that when I enter an interview into system, my candidates get an auto generated email that says: Hi Candidate, You are scheduled to have an interview on 06/11/2015 12:00 PM for the position of Senior Payroll Tax Analyst. The interview will take place at . Please bring a copy of your resume and supporting documents for the interview. I would like to either edit the email that is being sent OR disable it altogether. LinkedIn Authorization No Longer Working
Authentication to LinkedIn is no longer working, so I can no longer view the LI profiles associated with each candidate. When I try to re-authorize to LI, a blank screen appears after I enter my LI userid and pw.
BUG: Cannot submit candidates to my client
I would like to report a serious problem to my company I am having with Zoho Recruit: I cannot submit any candydate(s) from candidate card or from candidate review panel. It is entirely possible to send email to contacts anyway. It has been tested that: - sending SMTP (my own or yours) is not the problem - receiving SMTP is not problem either - any other type of email communication is also fine. - it is a matter of Recruit interface or your backend. Follow up button
There should be a follow up button for each data entry in the candidates, client contacts, clients and job openings modules. IF is entry is marked for follow up, this should appear on a sumarry list of follow up items on the dashboard and calendar, as is the case with outlook.

Zoho recruit - mobile device integration
Hi, I'm a BIG fan of Zoho, especially recruit. One thing I would like to suggest is the BIG BIG BIG BIG need to have mobile integration in this day and age. it is absolute FACT that a high percentage of users now access a website from a mobile device. Whilst Zoho allows for job postings to be embedded into a website, it doesn't work in a 'mobile' format. Can you tell me if you will be offering this soon as it will be a KEY feature which will make Zoho stand out FAR from all competition.

New Candidate Added to Recruit by Embed Question
Can you add a link to the applicant record in the email so I can easily find the new applicant or updated record. Right now I have to hunt around and hope I find which record was updated. Sometimes I never find the record. This is especially important when I've asked an applicant to update their record, and they do, but don't alert me by email. 401 Error page from auto generated links
Hi, I'm getting 401 error pages when the auto generated links in the email templates are clicked. i.e. Sign Up verification email, password reset email - when clicked they display the 401 error page. How can I get past this?
