Current Job Title issue
How do you change Current Job title, which is picklist style to text style in Candidate without affecting resume parsing? In order to solve this,I decided to add manually text style in current job title then Change Current Job title (for example, current job titles) to different name but when I put resume parsing function, job title showing in current job titles, which mean I cannot make manually current job title. therefore, please help me to solve this issue.

Hello I imported some contacts in csv. I would needs some modification 1.) How to delete all data from Professional Details, Highest Qailification Held? I would not like to show to my interviewers where my leads come from. (the data import was from here what the field shows) I do not need this data at all. 2.) Where the CVs will be seen when the leads will come from my webform? Which part of the person detail page will show the uploaded CV (via the webform) 3.) How can I import the Tags from a csv?
Slow response times in Zoho Recruit

Default value box won't uncheck
I have created a custom Pick List field for the Client module and it I have unchecked the "Use first value as default value" box and clicked Save. However, whenever I go back in to edit that same field again, the box is checked, and when I add a new client, that field is defaulting to the second value! EEEEEK! Help? (It's the field I've entitled "AmLaw" for Clients)
Edit field substantively?
Is there a way to edit a Field (edit more than just the name) in Customization without deleting it (consequently losing all data that's already connected to that field) and starting over? Thanks!
Further customize candidate business card view?
Is there a way to further customize the "Candidate Business Card"? I understand I can customize up to 4 fields as it stands, but it also defaults to Candidate Status and Last Update. What if I don't want those two fields to appear? (In other words, those fields aren't that helpful to me). Thanks!

Hello, Applicants who apply for a posted job by uploading their resumes (in both word and PDF format) are able to enter their contact details into my ZohoRecruit account; BUT the attachments are coming through as Corrupted, meaning we CAN'T OPEN or VIEW the attached resumes. Is there a way to create a pop-up alert whenever a Candidate or Client entry is opened? For example, say John Doe is a candidate who I want to make sure my recruiters do not call; when his profile is clicked on, can something pop up that says, Do Not Call, etc.? Thanks!

Is there a plugin or way to auto-import emails from Candidates/Clients/Contacts, etc. from Mail (Mac)? I.e. It will then be linked to their profile under "Email"... Alternatively, how do I do this with a Google email account?

When I have "tagged" candidates in a list (or multiple lists), how can I see on their individual profile, which lists they have been tagged to? In other words, when I pull up the profile on "John Doe", how can I see on his information, which lists he has been tagged to in the past?

Recruit Backup
I would like to get a full backup of all the data in our current instance of Zoho Recruit. What is available is export options for each type of data. I have also reviewed this post. https://www.zoho.com/recruit/help/faq.html#backupfiles What I want is a single, comprehensive backup as in our tests, not all notes were exported from the activities list. As well as attachments from the Candidates (I do not see the option specified in the post). If it is helpful, please upgrade us to the current version
