How to access account subscription billing/invoice/payment info?
While logged in to a wiki with an account having permission to do so, or maybe the account owning that wiki, how do you navigate to invoice and payment info for that wiki? On a wiki's Settings page, there is a Subscription panel, but it just shows the

Hi I seem to have lost incoming/ inbound links from the sidebar on Wiki. I have gone into settings, and it is no longer listed as an element option. Has this been removed, or is it likely a bug in our wiki? Many thanks! Alice

Unable to embed video in Zoho wiki knowledge base
Regardless of how I embed the video, the code is truncated. I have discussed this issue with Zoho tech, and Iframe supposedly poses a security threat. When I use standard html coding, the video will appear in the preview pane, and editing window. Once it is submitted it is immediately truncated; sometimes blank, and sometimes "null". 'Add new admin' BUG?..
With a free of charge plan, I am able to add up to 3 users as administrators, right?.. But when I'm trying to do that, then I'm getting an error message: "You must subscribe to a plan for adding admin."... Maybe I'm understand something incorrectly and wrong?..

Window "Table Properties" does not work any longer
The number of bugs in the Wiki is really annoying! Suddenly the window "Table Properties" does not work any longer! When I open it, try to change something (e.g. the Frames from "All four sides" to "No sides") and then click "OK" nothing happens: The window does not close and the change is ignored. I'm trying to use "edit this panel" option on "Quick Search" box on my zoho wiki but once I click on this link I got a blank page.

Linking does not work correctly
I use Zoho Wiki for some days now and in general I am very happy with it. But there seems to be a bug in the linking function. When clicking on the chain in the editor and trying to add links to other of my Wiki pages often the following happens: - Though I always choose the option that the link should open in a new window in most of the cases this does not happen. It opens in the same window. Sometimes it works after the second (or even third) attempt of setting the link. Other times it does not

Copying text from document does not appear in wiki page
I want to copy some text from an MS Word document into the wiki, and when I do that - using ctrl-x and ctrl-v (paste), the content does appear - but when I try to Save it, it does NOT keep the contents. Can you help?
Wiki customization: change CSS won't save
I've tried changing the CSS url at the bottom of Settings->Customizations, changing it to both an uploaded file and a web URL. In either case, the Save button does nothing and it retains the css url that was there before. How do I change the CSS to my own file, retaining the ability to change it back to the existing one if something goes wrong? I also have downloaded the existing css, as a backup.

line spacing tool doesn't work
In editing wiki pages, the line spacing tool does not work. I highlight the text, and choose the tool and select which spacing i want, but on some of my pages this has no effect on the line spacing. Please help.

Unable to view zoho writer document in wiki
Hi, I'm not sure if this is a problem with zoho wiki or zoho writer. When I insert a zoho-writer document into a wiki page and try to view it from another zoho-user account, I see the following error message: "The document has been trashed/deleted by the owner. How do I redirect a page elsewhere externally?
I have created a wiki page that I no longer use anymore. However I can't delete it because it may be referenced externally. How do I make the page such that if someone goes to that URL, to redirect them to a different URL (either on the wiki or externally)? I tried to put in javascript to do a redirect but after you save the page, the script tags all get stripped from the page. Thanks
Wiki newbie questions
I am experimenting with the free Wiki. Is it possible to create "folders" for the files that are uploaded? When looking at a list of files, can the view be modified (i.e. can I see who created/uploaded the document, when it was last edited, what Workspace it belongs to, etc.)? Thanks!
How do I add and search on attributes
I would like to create one wiki page for each “lesson” I have. The majority of the page will describe the lesson using free text. However, I would like each lesson page to have a set of fixed attributes (author, date, place, type, theme, …) and have the users be able to search on these fixed attributes (e.g. much the way advanced search works in Amazon books). Is that doable? Could you send me the help pages that would describe for me how to do it?
Resizing image in wiki page?
This seems like it should be straightforward, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to shrink the display size of an image once I embed it in a wiki page. How am I supposed to do this? I'm using Safari if that's relevant.
Unable to rename wiki page
We are using Zoho Projects with Wiki. Recently, we found that "Manager" or "Employee" user is unable to rename default "Home Page". Rename option is missing in page actions menu. Only super admin can do this. Is this a bug or feature? I think that this option shold be available to any user, regardless of who is the author of the page.
