"Edit this application" option

I'm thinking in developing an app with Creator but I don't like some of the options I saw on apps I have been trying.

For example, I saw in the CRM app the options "Edit this application" and "Customize Layout". These seem to be by default in all the Zoho Creator apps.

As I don't want to let users to change my app, is it possible to hide this features?
