\"Error while registration\" - is THE MESSAGE

Dear Zoho Creator Team,

I am a registered member of Zoho creator. Recently i got a mail asking for re-registration(to be in tune with other zoho services).

Issue 1:
I signed up with my username, mailid, password and that image text given. On clicking "I accept. Create account" the only message i got was "Error while registration". Nothing else. No hint what i am missing or what else you expect.

Issue 2:
If you give the image text wrongly, then also the login screen doesn't say that as reason but simply shows the empty text box without any error message.
