"From" field in sendmail

Hello,

I loved "creator" a lot and started using it in the "Feedback" form of my site. I wanted to use it in my "Trip Planner" page as well. But one of the challenges that I am facing there is the inflexibility of setting the "From" field. Now the mail looks as if it is coming from the admin id always. I have to train people to copy and pate the email that I collect in the form to the "To" field of the mail when they respond to the customer queries. I wish I had the option to set the customer email that I collected in the from field so that they don't have to think about any thing but just reply to the mail. Is there any way in which I can do this? I believe that this will make the form much more useful.
