[Feedback] custom action to open form

I have a custom function that opens a form from a view. It works correctly when I am logged into my Zoho account. I have embedded the HTML view in my website. When I click on the Action button to open the form the Loading message shows momentarily but the form does not open up. If I open another tab in the browser and log in to my Zoho account then go back to the first tab the Action Button does open the form correctly. How do I get the form to open without requiring a login?
