[Feedback] Problems Importing Data from either CSV, TSV, or XLS

Hello. I've exported the data as a backup of my Zoho database, deleted the data, and now and want to restore it using the Import tool. I keep getting an import error. I get "An error occurred with adding the data". How do I get my data back? Nothing has changed on the database. Are there problems with the import tool? I've used all possible combinations of CSV, TSV, or XLS.
