今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から翻訳機能のアップデートをご紹介します。
今回のアップデートにより、翻訳機能が拡張され、さらに多くの言語に対応できるようになりました。
またこれまでは、「見込み客のデータ元」の選択リストの値や商談のステージ名といった、特定の値については画面の設定言語を変更しても標準言語のままで表示され、言語変更が反映されませんでした。
今回のアップデートにより、そのような一部項目にも言語変更を適用できるようになります。

1. ファイルのエクスポート操作について
赤枠で囲っている箇所にカーソルを当てて右に動かすと翻訳機能が有効になります。

任意の新しい言語を追加します。
新しい言語を追加後、その言語ファイルをエクスポートします。

2. 本アップデートを活用した一部項目の翻訳について
今回の場合は標準言語が日本語の環境に「English(Australia)」を追加します。
冒頭の「ファイルのエクスポート操作について」のパートで記載した画面から、「English(Australia)」のファイルをエクスポートすると、TXT形式のファイルが出力されます。
例えば、「見込み客のデータ元」を英語に翻訳したい場合、以下のキャプチャに示すように、該当するファイル内の項目を直接編集して日本語から英語に変更してください。

変更後のTXTファイルを管理画面にインポートすると、英語に言語を変更した際に、他の項目と同様に変更部分は翻訳が適用可能になります。

このように、管理画面内の言語を任意の言語に自由に変更が可能です。
もし、再度元の言語(今回の場合は日本語)に変更したい場合は、以下キャプチャの赤色の枠内の設定箇所から随時変更が可能です。
