前半はZoho コミュニティメンバーによるZoho 自社活用例のご紹介、後半ではZoho CRM ユーザー事例の紹介と、ユーザー様同士で質問や情報交換を行うグループディスカッションの時間を設けております。また、後半は初心者向け/上級者向け の2テーマに分け、ご興味のあるほうにご参加いただけます。 (前半のZoho社員事例のみのご参加も可能です。)
