25 record limit

I have a view that has 28 records in it. In the XML feed, only the newest 25 of them are coming through. I can add as many records as I want to the view but only the latest 25 will show in the feed. Is there a way I can change this 25 to 50 or maybe 100?

I have a free account. If I upgrade will I be able to change this 25 record limit?
