404 error when creating new app in Creator

404 error when creating new app in Creator

I get the following error when I try to make a new app and form in creator:

Not Found
The requested URL /dannilicic@gmail.com/test/edit/ was not found on this server.

The name shows up in the edit list but it can't be edited/found.
Is there another setting that I am missing?
