Ability to add contact CRM notes from within Desk
It's nice that from within Zoho Desk we can see CRM information by clicking on the CRM icon.
We use the Contact Notes field to provide some basic information about the customer. It would be nice if agents from within Desk could add/edit the customer notes without having to leave the ticket and open the CRM. Is there any way to do this?
