Ability to Create and Manage YouTube Video Chapters in Zoho Social

We would like to request an enhancement to Zoho Social that would allow users to create and manage YouTube video chapters directly within the platform.

Currently, Zoho Social does not support manually adding chapters or enabling automatic video chapters for YouTube uploads.

Use Case:
When publishing YouTube videos, chapters are essential for improving viewer experience and navigation -  especially for longer videos, tutorials, or webinars. Being able to define chapters within Zoho Social would allow us to:

  1. Add timestamps and titles for specific video segments
  2. Enable or disable YouTube’s automatic chapter generation feature
  3. Maintain full control of video presentation without switching to YouTube Studio after publishing

Requested Enhancement:
Please add functionality within Zoho Social’s YouTube publishing interface to:

  1. Manually create chapters by defining timestamps and section titles.
  2. Enable or disable automatic YouTube chapters.
  3. Allow setting user permissions to add / edit YouTube video chapters to existing videos.
This feature would streamline the YouTube publishing workflow and make Zoho Social a more complete tool for managing video content from creation to engagement.
