Accent in getURL

Hi!

It seems that there is some problem when using accents (��) in function getURL.

I use it to call an application to send SMS and the result is missing part in the SMS. I'm french speaker and we need those characters for our application.

URL is someting like that:
hqsms.com/api/send.do?username=myusername&password=mypassword&to=00000000000&message=az��?&from=ABC
