Access to Forms/View

I have a social networking website and have embedded a Form/View (without requiring sign in) for members to post invites for specific events. Right now I have it set up for them to only Add information, but I would like to have them be able to do more.

Is it possible to have an embedded Form/View on my website which still does not require sign in by members but which can allow them to add, edit, and delete their own postings and invites only?
