Hi. Does anyone know of a way to preserve and keep the account name in a history drop down or something related in the CRM Account Screen? In other words often times companies and or organizations change names. It would be nice to update the name but be able to see the previous names. I know salesforce and others have something like this. I have some accounts that change names every few months. I know thee is a audit trail in ZOHO but it is buried to deep under audit trails and requires searching. It is not good for the standard user.
Any suggestions and or hacks?
