Account Setup & Login Problems

I recently installed your Zoho CRM package & have hit a couple of snags.

My problem is two fold; the first issue is that when I set up my I.D I was informed that I would receive an email to which I have not yet received. The id was set up using an email address which is working fine. I also added a user to this account through the setup list of options, this user not only failed to receive the email but when an attempt was made to log in using the credentials set out by me, she was unable to log in as she was not recognised. So due to this attempted to log in under the �New User Registration� option. This merely setup a brand new account completely (independent of the one I previously set-up).

Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom?
