Accounts -> Contacts

In the account profile the list of contacts is given, which contains up to 10 contacts per page (within particular Account). When I have 20 or 30 contacts, I will have to use (pointer)   button to see all contacs which belong to 1 account.

Question: how do I make all (upto 20 or up to 50 or upto 100) contacts on 1 page witin Account?

How do I get report of Account profile: i.e. of a separate account which containes all data within Account profile, including all contacts bound to the ccount?
