Add a note by clicking button

Add a note by clicking button

Hello,
I need to create a button to add a note for account.
But I did not find the url- address for adding notes
Adding notes now look like a field on the account - how can I get it as a url for a new note or something similar?
(in this case I would be able to open this url via openUrl method)
