Hello,

I would like to ask how to do so that when an order changes status, for example delivery, automatically add a record in another form with some of that data and adding one or two new fields for example, file upload. In the end what I want is that I can visualize in a report or something all the data that has that record including the new fields added.

I'm new to this so forgive me if I'm a bit lost.
