Add First and Last Name

Hello,

I'm looking for something very simple and didn't see it in the search...

I have a "first" and "last" name fields... I would like to also store these as an entire string using a formula to later use for a lookup.

Basically, I want to be able to have a 2nd application do a "lookup" to provide a list of employee names to select from on the drop down.
