Add Notes

I think your product has so much potential and is a great idea. However, it is surprisingly difficult to use at times!

I can't seem to use the Add Notes field. The Field Name is uneditable from "plain" (i.e. reverts back to "plain" after changing it) and doesn't even appear until I click edit this field. Also the text won't change color when I use the color icon. Sometimes, though the icons are missing until I hover over them with the mouse.

I also have found that the script can be uneditable and not respond, rendering an application basically useless. Thus, the application has to be recreated.
