Add Notes bugs

I'm experiencing odd behavior with the Add Notes feature:

1. I'll drag and drop the Add Notes field over to my form above a certain field to describe it and give instructions. When I complete adding the note, it will show up somewhere else on the form and I'll have to drag it back to the original field. Why doesn't the Notes field go where I put it?

2. I'll add a Note, and then I will notice that another note I had added previously created has disappeared. Very frustrating. How can adding a note DELETE another note? These bugs make me question the stability of the application and make me nervous to use the form for my business! Any help or ideas?
