"Add Notes" - having url links open in another window

"Add Notes" - having url links open in another window

Hi!

I added notes (Add Notes) in my form but the notes I added are URL Links. It works fine but it opens in the same window as my application form is. Is there a way to have the links opened in another window? Please advise. Thanks a lot!
