Added time problem under criteria setting

I'm trying to set the criteria on the "added time" of the data. But every time I put the date and time of a particular record I have an error:
"error ocurred. we are sorry for the inconvenience..."
I tried different ways to put the date ot the time or both but I got the same error over and over again.
What I'm trying to do is to display only the records before certain date.

Please let me know how I supposed to do it.
