Adding Summary View to website

Adding Summary View to website

I can't seem to find a way to embedded the summary view from an account on my database to my website. For example my database form collects information from a subscriber, now I want to take the summary view from that subscriber and link to it. So if a person on my website clicks the name of the subscriber their summary view will display in a different window.

Please help.
