Admin Rights to other users on Zoho Creator?

Hi there:

I have created an application using Zoho Creator. I now would like others within my workgroup to be able to not only import data, but also create new fields within the application. How do I do that?

The only roles that I can assign the other users are "User" and "Developer", neither of which allow change rights to the application. Can't I give admin rights to my workgroup users?

Please help.
