After upgrade from free, still not allowed to add user!

I had a free user account to investigate the system and I had two users shared. We decided the system was going to do what we needed so I created a new account (mainly so that notification emails would come from a more appropriate address). However I was caught out by the change to the number of permitted users which I only found out about in retrospect by reading the forum.

So I upgraded to the $15 / month option and the settings on my account info changed to show that 2 more users were allowed (I was #1 of 3).

HOWEVER when i tried to add a user the dialogue box stated that I needed to upgrade to add more users!!!!!! So still I cannot share my application. Come on guys get it together!!!!
