Dear Sir / Madam

 

I have created a form, where user having facilating of deleting a record, But I want before deleting record, user must get an alert or pup up box which shows "Are you really want to delete ?" On user confirmation only record can delete. i.e I need a double confirmation from user before record permanently delete.

 

Could some body tell me how I use this functionallty on "On Click" Option.
