allow a 2nd dev on a public app?

Hi,

I have an application I'd like to be accessible to the public, with no Zoho login required. I'd also like to give one or two other people who DO have Zoho accounts 'developer' permissions so that they can edit the data or form layouts. Is this possible? I can't seem to find a way to allow anyone else to access the application as a developer unless I make the app private. But I don't want to require Zoho logins just to view the app or submit new data.
