Many emails are sent to multiple people, either all in the To field or in the CC field.  There is no way to sync a single email to multiple users using the Outlook plug-in - the plug-in shows a string like this, but will not sync to it:

name.one@company.com; name.two@company.com; name.three@company.com

Using this example, if I want that email to show up in each recipient's CRM record, I have to sync it three separate times, one for each contact. This is a huge time-waster and uses storage space unnecessarily.  

Also, as I have previously mentioned in another post, we absolutely need to be able to sync emails to accounts, cases, orders, invoices, and the like, not only to contacts, leads, and potentials. We use CRM for complete account management, and the inability to do this is very limiting and frustrating.
