All of my USD amount columns on a form that are no longer accepting updates.  If I supply a value to the form and update the record I get the standard message that 'data updated successfully' but when I return to the record the value remains what it was before I performed the update.  All of the other non-amount columns are behaving as expected.

 

p.s. All of the edits being processed against the values entered into these amount columns are working.  The db is just not reflecting these updates.
