Another piece of functionality reported to have stopped working in my Client's Application

I just received an email from one of my clients (who went live in January/February) ... stating that as of the last hour or so, all functionality of a certain type has stopped working.

This functionality is that ... I have Single Line Text fields in records with content of the type ...

... so when he is looking at a List View, a column contains the links to associated child records.


He says (and I have verified in the Test Application in my Account as well; using both Firefox and internet Explorer) that when such a link is clicked, all he gets is a blank page !!!!

Can someone from the Team advise us if there was a change made to the platform ... and if not, contact me so I can demonstrate the changed behaviour.
