When uploading a Hebrew document manually - there is no problem.

When uploading a Hebrew using API  (Zoho creator deluge call -  zoho.workdrive.uploadFile(<file>, <folder_id>, <file_name>, <override_name_exist>, <connection>); The title of the document become gibberish (????? instead of the correct name)  - see attached pic 

Please Advice ...
