API not working

1. Is zoho-creator's API server down?

I keep getting  HTTP-500 with the message: "An error has occured. It has been reported to Zoho Creator support. We will look into this issue . Sorry for the inconvenience caused."

2. I generated the api-key and ticket today, do these take some time to get active?

3. The request/form I am submitting is very sparse and simple and unlikely to contain errors, it is mostly a copy of the example in your api-guide. But, Is it possible to get HTTP-500 (instead of one of the custom error codes) due to an error in my request (syntax etc)

4. Where do we look for outage information on the website. Is there someplace where these are reported?
